Since 2001, Debbie has been designing and implementing organizational change and technology adoption programs, helping thousands of customers maximize their ROI. Debbie believes that every change success has one common denominator: people, and most people don't automagically change.
Her passion for helping people and organizations succeed has afforded her a distinguished presenter spot at Microsoft conferences and online workshops, earning Event Speaker Gold and Customer Love awards. Debbie is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, a Certified Microsoft Adoption Specialist and holds a Masters Certificate in Adult Learning and Development. She is also an integrative wellness and life coach and published author of Destiny Do-Over.
